§ 14. Ordaining clause.

The ordaining clause of all ordinances adopted by the council shall be, "The council of the city of Palo Alto does ordain as follows," and the ordaining clause of all ordinances adopted in accordance with the provisions of Article VI shall be, "The people of the city of Palo Alto do ordain as follows."
