Section R108.5 Refunds is amended to read:
R108.5 Refunds. The building official or permit center manager may authorize the refund of any fee paid hereunder which was erroneously paid or collected. The building official or permit center manager may authorize the refund of not more than eighty percent (80%) of the permit fee paid when no work has occurred under a permit issued pursuant to this Chapter. The building official or permit center manager may authorize the refund of not more than eighty percent (80%) of the Plan Review Fee paid when a permit application is withdrawn or canceled before any plan review work has started.
