§ 1.12.150. Failure to pay administrative penalties and costs.

Failure to pay the assessed administrative penalties and/or administrative costs specified in a hearing officer's decision may be enforced as:
(1) A personal obligation of the violator; and/or
(2) If the violation is in connection with real property, a lien upon the real property in accordance with Section 1.12.180, which shall remain in effect until all of the administrative penalties, interest, and administrative costs are paid in full; and/or
(3) A criminal misdemeanor.
