§ 4.10.130. License application fee.

Any application for any mechanical amusement device license required in this chapter, new or renewal, shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee as set in the municipal fee schedule. The application fee shall be used to defray, in part, the costs of investigation and report, and is not in lieu of any other fees or taxes required under this code. No fee shall be prorated for any reason.
