In addition to any other remedy provided herein or by Chapter 4.04, the chief of police shall have the power, after hearing, for any violation of the duties of a licensee, to impose closing hours longer than otherwise provided for the business premises in which mechanical amusement devices are located. Such closing hours shall not constitute a penalty, and may be in addition to, or in whole or partial suspension of, any penalty provided elsewhere in this code.
