§ 4.10.240. Copies of report kept by dealer.

Every secondhand dealer shall keep at his place of business a copy of every report required by Section 4.10.230 hereof, and such copy shall be open at all times during business hours to the inspection of the chief of police or any member of the police department or any officer authorized by law. The report shall be in book form, and each transaction shall be kept in chronological order.
